3. Payment

• Payment in full is required before services commence.

• All prices are in USD.

• No refunds or returns for services.

 

4. Delivery

• Digital products will be delivered within 5 business days post-payment, in PDF format.

 

5. Revisions

• One revision cycle included per service, unless stated otherwise.

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

 

6. Confidentiality

• Client information remains confidential, with exceptions for legal obligations.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for services.

• Prompt responses to feedback requests for timely delivery.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• Documents are for Client's use only; no resale or redistribution without permission.

• CurryPro may showcase work in portfolios unless the Client objects in writing.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• CurryPro does not guarantee job offers or interviews from our services.

• We do not offer financial advice; all information provided is not to be construed as such.

 

10. Termination

• The agreement can be terminated for cause if a breach persists for 7 days without cure.

 

11. Governing Law

• Governed by laws of CurryPro's jurisdiction.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration.

 

13. Changes to Terms

• CurryPro may update these Terms; continued use after changes implies your acceptance.
